Annex entrance to Memorial Medical Center reopening May 3

The main Annex doors on the west side of Memorial Medical Center will reopen to patients and visitors beginning Monday, May 3, 2021. The sliding glass doors will be open from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturdays.
This entrance provides patients with easier access to a number of departments and has designated outpatient parking close to the Annex doors (please refer to the parking map).
Departments and areas best accessed through the Annex entrance:
- Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Coumadin Clinic
- Human Resources
- Infusion Therapy
- Medical Records
Upon entrance to the Annex, we ask patients and visitors to use the self-screening station to check their temperature and to ensure they are properly masked. Please note that Memorial’s universal masking policy is still in effect.
Patients and visitors coming to access the main hospital tower should still use the main hospital entrance off South Telshor Boulevard.
While we are opening this entrance to our facility, please note that there is no change to our current visitor policy at this time:
General Visiting Hours and Guidelines:
- Monday – Friday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 8–10 a.m.
- Visitors must be 18 years of age or older
- All visitors must be screened at a hospital entrance, adhere to universal masking and perform frequent hand hygiene
