New System Provides Patients with Fast and Secure Access to Medical Imaging Records

We are excited to announce our new partnership with PocketHealth, a secure third-party medical image sharing platform. With this free service, our patients can now access, store, and share all of their Memorial Medical Center imaging records anytime, on any device, in just a few clicks.

This platform helps patients be an active participant in their healthcare journey by easily accessing and storing medical imaging records. It’s fast, easy, and puts health information in the hands of our patients. While the basic plan is free, please note that PocketHealth charges a fee for some optional advanced features.

Please note that as of March 3, 2026, we will actively encourage our patients to access and share their imaging records online through PocketHealth.

To access your records:

1. Receive and keep your unique Medical Records Number (MRN) after your exam.
2. Visit this webpage to sign up for the PocketHealth service using your MRN.
3. Once your records are ready to view, you’ll receive an email from PocketHealth with a secure link to view them.
4. Instantly download or share your records.
5. Receiving physicians can then easily view or import these images in full diagnostic quality with no software or account setup needed.
