Since December 2017.
How did you come into this position?
I started in December 2017 in centralized scheduling, then applied for interventional radiology scheduler in November 2019.
What was your motivation for a career in Healthcare?
I enjoy meeting and helping people.
What is a typical day like for you?
Scheduling appointments, maintaining doctors’ schedules, speaking to doctor’s offices from the surrounding area and talking to everyone on the phone with a smile.
How would you describe your role’s responsibilities?
Managing the IR schedule, reviewing cases with the doctors, and answering and providing service support to patients and doctor’s offices.
In what areas do you help patients?
I schedule appointments over the phone, conveying information, dates, times and preparation. I help patients feel comfortable knowing they are coming to MMC.
What are some of your interests outside of work?
I love baking, going for walks, and arts and crafts with my son.
What is your favorite part about working for Memorial Medical Center?
Being part of an amazing team in radiology and making a difference.
