Diabetes Education
Our nutritionists, diabetes educators and professional staff will work with you in the hospital to help you manage your diabetes. You will go home with information and a plan that will provide a bridge between your hospital stay and the maintenance plan from your doctor.
If additional care is required, Memorial Home Health also has a diabetic educator on staff.
