   Jax is a Team Leader in the Emergency Department.  She started as a nurse intern nine years ago. “I'm proud to call MMC my second home and am more honored to call my coworkers by second family.  The people I have come in contact and had the privilege to work with over the years are second to none.  If there's one thing I've learned from being a nurse in the ER, it is that you should live everyday to its fullest and not take anything for granted because tomorrow is never promised,” said Jax.
   “Jax is so good with her patients.  She is calm, assertive, compassionate, steady, intelligent and considerate.  As a Team Leader she shows those same qualities day-in and day-out never wavering as to what is most important in her career.  Jax is a mentor for young and seasoned as well,” said Lee Golden, Emergency Room Director.
